We RDB Estates Limited as a company pride ourselves on giving you the customer/client a personal service and assist you in ensuring your demands and needs and carried out to the best of our ability.

It therefore goes without saying that we as a practice would be only too pleased to assist in the management of your development, to ensure the smooth running of the administration and continual maintenance of the site in order that all concerned can be proud of the environment in which they either live or are involved.

If we are to act on behalf of a Management Company, Residents Association or, on behalf of the Ground Landlord, we assume that this will be regarding the collection of Service and Maintenance Charge payments only attributed to the Development however, we would also be happy to incorporate the collection of Ground Rent, if required.

We would maintain an ongoing schedule of maintenance for all the buildings, driveways and other fabric of the Estate to a high standard of repair and to maintain it as such to the satisfaction of the Ground Landlord and Residents.

This would be done in house by this practice being General Practitioners and involved in day to day Surveying of all manner of property including structural surveys. We are not structural engineers this being a specialised field usually restricted to specialised practices.

We also carry out dilapidation and condition surveys providing the client a full report on our findings.
